The world of opera holds a special fascination for all music lovers. The combination of music and theatre, the ability to sing for a large audience while acting, the importance of staging and scenery – all these elements contribute to the ever-changing and ever-fascinating nature of opera.

The presence in Geneva of the esteemed members of the jury, as well as external speakers invited to the final, provides an invaluable opportunity to discuss current opera issues.
