Jungrae Noah Kim
2nd Prize Voice 2024
Korean baritone Jungrae Noah Kim recently won 1st prize at the 2024 Belvedere Competition in Lithuania, the Marmande Competition in France and the 2023 Shizuoka Competition in Japan. He studied at the Seoul University of the Arts and was a member of the Zurich Opera Studio. During this time he appeared in numerous productions including Madama Butterfly, Rigoletto and Il Barbiere di Siviglia. He has also sung Wagner in Gounod's Faust, Baron Douphol in Verdi's La Traviata, Gregorio in Gounod's Romeo et Juliette and Ping in Puccini's Turandot. Next season he will sing Marcello in Puccini's La Bohême at the Opéra de Bienne-Soleure.
