The Vision String Quartet was founded in 2012. With a repertoire ranging from traditional classical works to original compositions and arrangements, covering a wide range of musical styles (jazz, pop, rock, funk), this young ensemble truly distinguishes itself within its field.

The Quartet has appeared at various festivals and in renowned concert halls, and its concerts are regularly broadcast on the radio. It has collaborated with renowned artists such as Jörg Widman, Ediscon Ruiz and Haiou Zhang.

The Vision String Quartet was taught by Heime Müller (Artemis Quartet) and Gerhard Schulz (Alban Berg Quartet). In 2015, it was awarded "SWR2 New Talent", providing important media coverage, as well as many concerts in Germany. In 2016, the quartet won 1st Prize at the Mendelssohn Competition in Berlin. During the upcoming seasons, the Vision String Quartet will be appearing in renowned festivals such as Thüringer Bachwochen, Heidelberger Frühling, Schwetzingen SWR Festspiele, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Schleswig-Holstein and Lucerne.
