As is the case every year, the Geneva International Music Competition is proud to be able to offer a three-day masterclass in collaboration with the High Schools of Music of Geneva and Lausanne. This year, the masterclass is given by Teresa Berganza, the President of the juryfor voice, and will be devoted to the repertoire that has made her famous. This includes works by Mozart, Rossini and Spanish composers.

This year, the event is even more exceptional in that the masterclass will end with a concert. Teresa Berganza will orchestrate the evening by choosing the duets, trios and arias that will be performed by the masterclass participants.
