Voice programme
All works, except the compulsory piece, are to be performed by heart. Each candidate may choose the order in which he/she wishes to perform his/her programme.selection/ prelimary audition file
- One classical Mozart or Haydn sonata at candidate's free choice
- One romantic work at candidate's free choice
- Third work at candidate's free choice
Works performed on the recording can be repeated once in the programme.
Recital I : (max. 40 candidates - max. 25 min)
- Frederic Chopin, one of the following works :
- Ballade in G minor Op. 23
- Ballade in F major Op. 38
- Ballade in A flat major Op. 47
- Ballade in f minor Op. 52
- Scherzo in B minor Op. 20
- Scherzo in B flat minor Op. 31
- Scherzo in C sharp minor Op. 39
- Scherzo in E major Op. 54
- Frank Martin : Free choice of 3 of the "Huit Preludes for Piano" (Universal Ed, Vienna – UE11973)
Recital II : (max. 20 candidates – max. 40 min)
- One classical Mozart or Haydn or Beethoven sonata at candidate's free choice
- Compulsory piece
- Free choice of 1 piece from the 20th or 21st century
semi Final: (max.10 candidates - max 60 min)
Programme at the free choice of the candidate. Works already performed in other rounds may not be repeated. The originality and the choice of the repertoire and its variety will also be a determining factor. The total duration of the performance may not exceed 60 minutes.
Final 1: musique de chambre (4 candidates)
- Beethoven : one Sonata for piano and violin at the candidate's free choice.
Finale 2: with orchestra (same 4 candidates)
One of the following Concertos :
- Johannes Brahms Concerto n°1, op. 15 in E minor
- Johannes Brahms Concerto n°2, op. 83 in B Major
- Frederic Chopin Concerto n°1 in E minor
